Salinas Sea Resort has two types of hotel suites available for sale.
- Hotel Suites from €75,000
- Hotel Studio Suites from €95,000 (with Kitchenette)
All properties come with a modern design featuring an en-suite bathroom and shower, air-conditioning and LCD TV (international channels), minibar, digital safe, sofa and double bed. There are also some suites available with small kitchens.
Property Ownership
Properties are purchased and operated by the hotel on behalf of owners who receive an annual rental return. These properties are sold furnished and key ready. Freehold title deeds come with the property and must adhere to the hotel rental rules. The rental period is a ten (10) year automatic renewal contract with the hotel. Apartments can exit the rental scheme with advance notice.
Owners receive four (4) weeks’ personal use at the resort (minimum seven (7) day stay with two weeks in Mid-season and two weeks in low season. Owners can also gain a discount on rooms in high season.
All new owners are legally obligated to pay the Condominium Fees (called the Resort Management Fee in Tortuga) and the annual IUP property tax (paid to the local Municipality).
